演化经济学视角的产融协调发展研究

演化经济学研究复杂经济系统中知识的动态变化引致的经济增长过程。经济系统中的知识包括技术知识和制度知识,两者间存在着协同互动的演化关系,体现在金融业和实体产业之间的关系上,就是要在宏观、中观和微观层面形成良性协调的正向反馈关系。本文通过对二战后美英德日的产融发展历程的分析,从一个较长期的视角来发现产融关系动态变化带来的经验教训。并在对产融协同演化的理论和实践分析的基础上,提出了中国要抓住新技术和产业革命带来的机会,建立有利于支持创新发展的产融协调机制。

Evolutionary economics studies the process of economic growth caused by the dynamic change of knowledge in complex economic systems. Knowledge in economic system includes technical knowledge and institu. tional knowledge. There is a synergistic and interactive evolutionary relationship between them, which is embodied in the relationship between financial industry and real industry. It is to form a positive feedback relationship at the macro, meso and micro levels. Through the analysis of the development process of industry and finance in the Unit. ed States, Britain, Germany and Japan after World War II, we can also find the experience and lessons brought by the dynamic change of industry and finance relations from a longer-term perspective. Based on the theoretical and practical analysis of the co-evolution of industry and finance, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions for China to seize the opportunities brought by the new technology and industrial revolution and establish a co-ordinat. ing mechanism of industry and finance to effectively support knowledge growth and innovation development in the economic system under the development strategy driven by knowledge and innovation..
