加味扶正抑瘤汤及联合吉西他滨对胰腺癌的抑制作用

Inhibitory Effect of Modified Fuzheng Yiliu Decoction Alone and Its Combination with Gemcitabine on Pancreatic Cancer

【目的】探讨加味扶正抑瘤汤及联合吉西他滨对胰腺癌细胞增殖、迁移、侵袭、凋亡及体内瘤体生长的影响。【方法】选取胰腺癌Panc-1细胞随机分成空白组、中药组、西药组及联合用药组,分别采用MTT法、Transwell实验、AnnexinV/PI双染色法及小鼠体内成瘤实验检测不同处理后胰腺癌细胞生物学表现。【结果】加味扶正抑瘤汤不能抑制胰腺癌细胞体内外生物学行为,但可以显著增强吉西他滨对胰腺癌细胞增殖、迁移、侵袭及体内瘤体生长的抑制作用,且能进一步诱导胰腺癌细胞凋亡。【结论】加味扶正抑瘤汤可以增强吉西他滨对胰腺癌的抑制作用。

Objective To explore the effects of modified Fuzheng Yiliu Decoction alone and its combination with gemcitabine on the proliferation, migration, invasion, apoptosis of pancreatic cancer cells and tumor growth.1 cells were randomly divided into blank group, Chinese medicine group,western medicine group and combination group. MTT,Transwell test,Annexin V/PI apoptosis assay and in-vivo experiment were used to detect tumor biological manifestations after treatment. Results Modified Fuzheng Yiliu Decoction had no effects on inhibitting the biological behaviors of pancreatic cancer cells in vitro and in vivo,but had significant effects on increasing the inhibitory effect of gemcitabine on the proliferation, migration,invasion of pancreatic cancer cells and tumor growth, and induced the apoptosis of pancreatic cancer cells.Conclusion Modified Fuzheng Yiliu Decoction can enhance the inhibitory effect of gemcitabine on the development of pancreatic cancer.
