一种基于弹性模量的颈动脉衰老模型及其应用 被引量:1

摘要 心血管系统是人体最重要的循环系统,老龄化是心血管衰老的首要原因,随着年龄的增长,颈动脉血管弹性逐渐丧失,弹性模量逐渐变大,并且颈动脉内中膜厚度变厚。文中建立一种颈动脉衰老模型,该模型使用颈动脉弹性模量和内中膜厚度作为评估标志,通过分析增龄与颈动脉弹性模量、内中膜厚度之间的非线性关系,描述心血管随年龄增加所发生的衰老过程。仿真结果验证了颈动脉衰老模型的合理性和可行性,所描述的各年龄段下颈动脉内中膜厚度和弹性模量的变化规律与相关医学文献检测的数据是基本一致的,这表明用分段式方法表示增龄与内中膜厚度的关系是有效的。另外,颈动脉弹性模量是评价心血管衰老的一个客观指标,因而该模型可用于辅助分析心血管衰老和相关疾病的发生与发展过程,为多种衰老相关疾病的防治提供了新思路,开辟了新视野。 The cardiovascular system is the most important circulatory system in the human body.Aging is the first influencing factor of cardiovascular aging.The carotid vascular elasticity is gradually lost with age,the elastic modulus is gradually enlarged,and aging can also lead to thickening of the carotid intima-media thickness.This paper establishes a model for carotid aging by using carotid elastic modulus and intima-media thickness as indicators to describe the cardiovascular aging process by analyzing the nonlinear relationship between age,and carotid elastic modulus and intima-media thickness.The simulation results verify the rationality and the feasibility of the carotid aging model.The changes of the intima-media thickness and elastic modulus of the lower carotid arteries for all ages are basically in agreement with the data of the relevant medical literatures.The segmented method indicates that the relationship between age and intima-media thickness is effective,and the carotid elastic modulus is an objective indicator for evaluating cardiovascular aging.Therefore,the model can be used to assist in the analysis of the occurrence and development of cardiovascular aging and related diseases.
