The Problem, Cause and Countermeasure of Agricultural Technology Innovation in China

我国农业科技创新正经历广泛而深刻的变革,有效的政策供给对农业科技创新活动的有序开展具有非常重要的意义。文章系统分析了现阶段我国农业科技创新的政策供给所面临的四大问题,并分析了出现政策供给问题的四大客观原因。提出强化农业科技创新活动政策供给的对策,包括加强农业基础和应用研究支持、加强农业基础和应用研究人才队伍培养、加强不同环节分工协作、加强农业创新技术的示范推广等。

Innovation of agricultural technology in China is experiencing extensive and profound changes, effective supply of the policy of agricultural activities carried out in an orderly manner has too important significance. This paper analyzes the five problems faced by the agricultural activities of policy supply at present, and analyzes five major objective reasons which cause the policy supply problems. In the end, this paper puts forward countermeasures for strengthening agricultural activities of policy supply, including strengthening agriculture as the foundation and application research support, strengthening agriculture as the personnel training for foundation and application research, strengthening labor division and cooperation of the different aspects, and strengthening the demonstration and extension of agricultural technology innovation and so on.
