平阳霉素局部注射治疗儿童皮肤血管瘤的临床疗效

Clinical effect of local injection of pingyangmycin on children with cutaneous hemangioma

目的观察儿童皮肤血管瘤治疗中平阳霉素局部注射的临床治疗效果。方法 2012年9月至2017年12月,共有108例皮肤血管瘤患儿在本院接受治疗,按照随机方式分组,A组纳入54例,采用聚桂醇治疗,B组纳入另54例,用平阳霉素局部注射治疗,观察治疗效果。结果两组治疗前VEGF、HIF-1α,治疗期间不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义;B组治疗后总有效率高于A组,治疗次数,末次随访时VEGF、HIF-1α低于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童皮肤血管瘤应用平阳霉素局部注射治疗时,可有效的提高治疗效果,且不会增加患儿治疗后的不良反应,安全有效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of local injection of Pingyang mycin in the treatment of children' s cutaneous hemangioma. Methods From September 2012 to December 2017,108 cases of children with skin hemangioma were treated in our hospital.Group A was randomly divided into 54 cases,54 cases were treated with polyol,54 cases were included in group B,and the local injection of Pingyang mycin was used to observe the therapeutic effect.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of VEGF and HIF-1 alpha before treatment,and the total effective rate in group B was higher than that in the A group.The number of treatment times and the VEGF and HIF-1 alpha at the last follow-up were lower than those in the A group,and the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of local injection of Pingyang mycin in children' s skin hemangioma can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,and it will not increase the adverse reaction after treatment,and it is safe and effective.
