乳旁加奶诱导婴儿吸吮促进母乳分泌的效果

Milk-feeding milk induces sucking of infants to promote breast milk secretion

目的探究乳旁加奶诱导婴儿吸吮对母乳分泌的促进效果。方法选择2018年1月至2018年6月期间于本院住院分娩的产妇80例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。两组新生儿均行早接触、早吸吮、早开奶,对照组实施常规哺乳法,观察组在常规哺乳法基础上联合乳旁加奶诱导法。统计两组产妇开始泌乳时间、母乳充盈时间、完全母乳喂养时间;记录两组婴儿乳头错觉发生率及吸吮开始时间;并于产后48 h测定两组血清催乳素(PRL)水平。结果观察组开始泌乳时间、母乳充盈时间及完全母乳喂养时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组乳头错觉发生24例(60.00%),观察组乳头错觉发生1例(2.50%),两组乳头错觉发生率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组吸吮开始时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后48 h PRL水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳旁加奶诱导替代目前常规的小勺喂哺能够有效促进母乳分泌,缩短开始泌乳时间、母乳充盈时间及完全母乳喂养时间,婴儿乳头错觉发生率低,吸吮开始时间早,且简便易行,具有较高临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of milk-feeding on the promotion of breast milk secretion in infants. Methods 80 women who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The newborns in both groups were exposed early, sucked early, and opened early. The control group was treated with conventional lactation. The observation group was combined with the milk-inducing method based on conventional lactation. The lactation time, breast milk filling time and total breastfeeding time of the two groups were counted. The incidence of nipple illusion and the start time of sucking were recorded.The serum prolactin(PRL) levels were measured at 48 hours postpartum. Results The lactation time, breast milk filling time and total breastfeeding time were shorter in the observation group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In the control group, 24 cases(60.00%) occurred in the nipple illusion. For example(2.50%), the incidence of nipple illusion in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The starting time of sucking in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group was 48 h after delivery. The PRL level was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The milk-inducing milk instead of the current conventional spoonful feeding can effectively promote the secretion of breast milk, shorten the time of lactation, the time of breast milk filling and the time of complete breastfeeding. The incidence of nipple illusion is low, the start time of sucking is early, and it is simple and easy, has a high clinical application value.
