热敏灸联合肛门洗剂治疗痔疮术后水肿的效果分析

Thermal moxibustion plus anal lotion in the treatment of postoperative edema of hemorrhoids

目的探讨热敏灸联合肛门洗剂治疗痔疮术后水肿的效果。方法本研究回顾分析本院肛肠科2017年1月至2017年12月期间收治100例痔疮手术患者的临床资料,依据治疗方法不同分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者采取常规治疗和护理,实验组患者接受热敏灸+肛门洗剂治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果实验组患者术后水肿症状消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组治疗有效率为86%,对照组治疗有效率为50%,两组差异比较存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痔疮术后水肿患者接受热敏灸联合肛肠洗剂治疗,有助于患者水肿和炎症的控制,整体治疗效果较为理想,因而推广和应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with anal lotion on edema after hemorrhoids operation. Methods This study retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 100 cases of hemorrhoids treated in Anorectal Department of our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017.According to the different treatment methods,the patients in the control group were divided into control group and experimental group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment and nursing.The patients in the experimental group were treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion and anal lotion.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The disappearance time of edema symptoms in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05).The effective rate was 86% in the experimental group and 50% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Thermal moxibustion combined with anal and intestinal lotion is helpful to control edema and inflammation in patients with edema after hemorrhoids operation.The overall therapeutic effect is ideal,so it has a high value of popularization and application.
