右美托咪定复合依托咪酯在脑卒中介入治疗麻醉中的应用价值分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析右美托咪定复合依托咪酯在脑卒中介入治疗麻醉中的应用价值。方法选择2016年8月至2018年3月前来本院就诊的66例行介入治疗的脑卒中患者作为观察对象,按照硬币法分为对照组和研究组,各33例,对照组应用依托咪酯进行麻醉,研究组应用右美托咪定复合依托咪酯进行麻醉,对两组麻醉效果、安全性情况进行比较。结果研究组治疗后ApacheⅡ评分相比于对照组降低,其GCS评分相比于对照组升高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术后拔管时间、苏醒时间、自主呼吸恢复时间比较,研究组均较对照组明显缩短,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在不良反应发生率比较上,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中介入治疗麻醉中应用右美托咪定复合依托咪酯效果良好,安全可行,术后恢复快,值得优先选择和大力推广。 Objective To analyze the application value of dexmedetomidine combined with etomidate in interventional anesthesia for stroke. Methods Sixty-six patients with stroke who underwent interventional therapy from August 2016 to March 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into the control group and the study group according to the coin method,33 cases each,and the control group relied on the application. The mice were anesthetized with imidate,and the study group was treated with dexmedetomidine combined with etomidate for anesthesia.The anesthetic effect and safety of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the Apache Ⅱ score of the study group was lower than that of the control group.The GCS score was higher than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The extubation time,wake-up time,The study group of spontaneous breathing recovery time was significantly shorter than the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant (P<0.05).In the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions,the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dexmedetomidine combined with etomidate in stroke anesthesia is effective,safe and feasible,and it is quick to recover after surgery.It is worthy of priority and promotion.
