新时代广西少数民族地区文化精准扶贫研究

A RESEARCH ON CULTURAL SUPPORT TO ACCURATE POVERTY ERADICATION IN MINORITY AREAS OF GUANGXI IN THE NEW ERA

新时代广西少数民族地区文化精准扶贫是对习近平精准扶贫思想体系的贯彻落实,需注重文化精准识别、实现文化精准帮扶、突出文化精准管理、强化文化精准考核等环节,但部分广西少数民族地区文化精准扶贫工作面临价值定位出现偏差、文化供需发展错位、文化产业发展困难较多、文化发展加速力与驱动力相对不足等困境,亟需抓住文化精准扶贫政策的着力点、汇聚多元主体协同的系统发展合力、从打造文化产业层面凝神聚力、以精准驱动激发文化精准扶贫的内生力与源动力等实现多推力融合共进,加速与驱动新时代广西少数民族地区文化精准扶贫的实践发展。

Cultural support to accurate poverty eradication in the minority areas of Guangxi in the new era, the implementation of Xi Jinping's thought on accurate poverty eradication, requires to focus on such links as accurate identification, accurate assistance, precision management and assessment in terms of culture. However, the works of accurate poverty eradication in parts of minority areas of Guangxi are facing dilemmas in the light of deviation of value orientation, misplacement in development of cultural supply and demand, more difficulties and bottlenecks in the development of cultural industry, relatively insufficient acceleration of cultural development and driving force. It urgently needs to grasp the focus of policy on cultural support to accurate poverty eradication, converge forces for systematic development in the light of creation of cultural industry through coordination of multiple subjects, stimulate internal driving force of cultural support to accurate poverty eradication through precise driving to accelerate and drive the development in the practice of cultural support to accurate poverty eradication through the convergence of multiple propulsive forces in minority areas of Guangxi in the new era.
