摘要
针对惠州蓄能水电厂顶盖和水导轴承油盆盖油雾严重的问题,从水导轴承油雾形成机理及油雾泄漏路径分析原因,通过对水导油盆盖密封结构的改造和加装防油雾装置等措施,彻底解决了水导轴承油雾的难题,最终取得了理想的效果。为其他电站水导轴承油雾治理提供了借鉴和参考。
To solve the serious problem of oil fog from cap and turbine guide bearing basin cover in Huizhou Pumped Storage Power Station, analysis is carried out on the formation mechanism and oil fog leakage path. Through the modification of the seal structure of the turbine guide bearing oil basin and the addition of anti-oil fog device, the problem of turbine guide bearing oil throwing is solved completely, achieving the ideal effect finally. This can provide reference for other power station turbine guide bearing oil fog treatment.
