摘要
近些年,大型发电机的转子绕组匝间短路故障率呈现明显增加趋势,如何准确诊断轻微转子匝间绝缘故障显得尤为重要。重复脉冲法(Recurrent Surge Oscilloscope,简称RSO)检测技术能在故障初期灵敏地探测到金属性匝间短路故障。本文从原理、建模仿真、现场检测方面对RSO进行了较为全面的分析,提出了RSO新的判断准则,分析了检测方法优缺点及适用范围。
In recent years, the rotor winding inter turn short circuit failure rate of large generators has also increased significantly. RSO detection technology can detect metal inter turn short circuit fault sensitively in the early stage of failure. This paper makes a more comprehensive analysis of RSO from the aspects of principle, modeling and simulation, field detection, and puts forward the RSO criterion and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the detection method and the scope of application.
