摘要
本文针对近年来大量海外水电工程移交验收中的一项重要指标--水轮机绝对效率的测量,简要介绍了水轮机绝对效率的计算方法,再根据IEC和国标规程的要求,分析不同流量测量方法的特点。对安装适应性强、复杂程度高的流速仪法,本文讨论了该测量方法中测点布置、支架设计等关键技术问题,并创新的采用了流速积分法进行流量计算,最后结合在西非某海外工程的测试实践,给出了完整的计算案例,最终测试结果证明该试验方法的设计和实施,严格遵守IEC规范,高于常规测量精度要求,本文能够为中国在建的大量海外水电工程性能验收试验提供思路,并通过完整的案例给类似试验方法提供参考和依据。
The paper makes a brief introduction and analysis for measurement of turbine efficiency, which is an important performance factor for commissioning and acceptance procedure in abroad large hydropower project. According to the requirement of IEC and domestic regulation, the flow-meter method is brought forward as a few installation requirement and common method, then the paper discusses some key technologies including flow-meter arrangement, frame design and flow velocity calculation and gives the optimize resolution for them. Finally, with a test having been carried out in a hydropower plant of Western Africa, the paper gives a complete turbine efficiency test calculation example based on flow-meter method, the result shows the measurement has high accuracy and can meet the requirement of regulation strictly. It can be reference or provide technical support for turbine performance test and acceptance procedure of a large amount of abroad hydropower projects.
