考虑橡胶弹性变形及织构直径对压裂泵柱塞密封摩擦学性能研究 被引量:2

Study on Tribological Properties of Fracturing Pump Plunger Seals Considering Rubber Elastic Deformation and Texture Diameter

摘要 压裂泵柱塞因为磨损较多易于失效,因此有必要对其密封副摩擦学性能进行研究。根据有限元原理,建立了橡胶密封圈处轴对称模型,利用有限元分析软件和实验验证研究了橡胶弹性变形以及织构直径对柱塞摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明,织构的存在对橡胶总体变形量的影响不大,但是织构直径或载荷越大,其橡胶压入织构内的深度越大,即压入的体积越大,当橡胶与柱塞相对运动时刮擦掉的橡胶体积越多,增大了磨损量和摩擦系数,不利于摩擦学性能;选择较小直径和介质压力,以得到较好的减磨性能,优选出,圆形织构,在载荷为1 MPa、织构直径为200μm、面积比为20%、深度为80μm、均布。 The plunger wear of the fracturing pump is one of the most vulnerable parts in the fracturing pump, so it is necessary to study the tribological properties of the piston seal of the fracturing pump. Based on the finite element principle, an axisymmetric model of rubber sealing ring is established. The effect of elastic deformation and texture diameter of rubber on the erasing properties of the cylinder is studied by the finite element analysis software. The results show that the existence of texture has little effect on the total deformation of rubber, but the greater the texture diameter or load, the greater the depth of the rubber pressure into the texture, that is, the larger the pressure is, the more the rubber and the rubber and the plunger are removed, the more the rubbing volume is, the greater the wear loss and the friction coefficient, which is not conducive to friction. Study performance;select smaller diameter and medium pressure to get better wear reduction, excellent selection, round texture,the load is 1 MPa, the texture diameter is 200 μm, the area ratio is 20%, the depth is 80 μm.
