摘要 变导程螺旋副是利用一个滚子及导程变化来实现螺旋传动,容易发生疲劳破坏,需要进行疲劳寿命分析。首先分析出变导程螺旋传动的疲劳形式为接触疲劳。同时,分析滚子和丝杆的接触应力,确定滚子所受接触应力明显大于丝杆,可通过分析滚子寿命以验证螺旋副的可靠性。通过分析接触疲劳寿命的相关理论,给出载荷谱及应力-寿命曲线的计算方法,针对地铁门的特点,分析出变导程螺旋副的寿命,确认了地铁门可靠性。并对不同受力作用下的寿命进行分析,为地铁门维护保养周期的确定提供了必要的依据。 The variable lead spiral pair uses only one roller and lead change to realize the screw transmission, which is prone to fatigue damage and requires fatigue life analysis. Firstly, the fatigue form of the variable lead screw drive is analyzed as contact fatigue. At the same time, the contact stress between the roller and the screw is analyzed to determine that the contact stress of the roller is significantly larger than that of the screw. The reliability of the screw pair can be verified by analyzing the life of the roller. By analyzing the relevant theory of contact fatigue life, the calculation method of load spectrum and stress-life curve is given. According to the characteristics of subway gate, the life of variable lead spiral pair is analyzed, and the reliability of subway door is confirmed. The analysis of the life under different stresses provides the necessary basis for the determination of the subway door maintenance cycle.
