摘要
针对当前垃圾压缩机工作过程中,普遍存在缸体抖动、换向噪音大、以及在缸保压时,压力不稳定等现象,从液压传动系统出发,研究液压缸压力、流量、速度随时间的变化关系,对传统垃圾压缩机进行优化,设计了一套全新垂直式垃圾压缩机,利用AMESim工具对垂直式垃圾压缩机进行了仿真,分析了各工作油缸随负载的变化情况,结果验证了压缩机液压控制系统设计的合理性,从而为其它垃圾压缩机系统的设计与优化提供参考。
In view of the current work of the rubbish compressor, there are generally phenomena such as cylinder block jitter, large commutation noise, and pressure instability in the cylinder holding pressure., Start researching from the hydraulic transmisson system, the pressure, flow, and speed of the hydraulic cylinders are studied over time. In relation to the optimization of traditional garbage compressors, a new set of vertical garbage compressors was designed. The AMESim tool was used to simulate the vertical garbage compressors, and the variation of each working cylinder with the load was analyzed. The results verified the compressors. The rationality of the hydraulic control system design provides reference for the design and optimization of other waste compressor systems.
