20世纪80年代以来云南和泰国学术交流的回顾与展望

The Review and Prospective: the Human Academic Exchanges between China and Thailand from 1980s till Today

20世纪80年代以来,中国(云南)和泰国的学术交流越来越频繁,在不同时期,双方的学术交流有不同的关注点和特点。最初,中泰学术交流是从对历史问题的共同关注这一切入点开始的。20世纪70年代以后,中泰学术界对泰族起源问题的共同关注成为开启双方学术交流的基础,在两国政府的共同支持下,学术界开展了相关的学术研究和交流,并且取得了重要的成果。随着时间的推移,双方的学术交流从历史问题扩大到了民族、社会、政治、文化、教育、宗教、经济等各个领域。共同感兴趣的问题从宏观到微观,既有关于宏观问题的学术交流,也有关于微观问题的学术交流。中泰两国的学者从不认识到熟识,从不了解到了解,有效地推动了双方的学术交流。交流的层面也从官方交流发展到民间交流。在早期的双方学术交流中,官方的推动起到了积极的作用,虽然至今双方政府仍然在推动学术交流,但更多地已经转变为民间层面的交流,由民间的机构和人士在主导,使得学术交流更具广泛性。

Depending on the personal experience of the author, this paper reviewed the process of the academic exchanges, its focuses and features between China and Thailand in different periods from 1980s till today. Accordingly, the academic exchange between both countries was initiated due to common interest on the historical issues of the origination of Tai peoples. After 1970s, the study about the origination of Tai peoples has become the opportunity for both countries to carry out the cooperation and made some influential achievements based on the supports from both governments. Subsequently, the academic exchange and cooperation has involved in many fields from historical one to ethnic, social, cultural, educational, religious and economic ones, etc. Therefore the common interested issues for both from macro level to micro level, from the cities to the villages, and from official level to nongovernmental level, were with a promising future. Currently, the academic exchange and cooperation between China and Thailand is involved with multi-levels and multi-fields, which also reflects the changes of Chinese society.
