管道应力分析在海洋石油某平台设计中的应用

摘要 管道是按照工艺流程将需要的各种机械设备连接起来的中介,一套完整的工艺装置是离不开管道的,工艺装置能否长期安全运行和具有足够的使用寿命也与管道设计的好坏有着紧密的联系,因此管道及管支架设置成为海洋石油平台设计不可或缺的组成部分,必须给与足够的重视。海洋石油平台有着其独特的特点,海上空间极其紧凑,对管道布置的局限性很大。因此必须要做好管道应力分析工作。 Pipeline is an intermediary connecting all kinds of mechanical equipment required by the process flow.A complete set of process equipment is inseparable from pipeline.Whether the process equipment can run safely for a long time and has enough service life is closely related to the quality of pipeline design.Therefore,the installation of pipeline and pipe support becomes an indispensable part of offshore oil platform design.We must pay enough attention to it.Offshore oil platforms have their own unique characteristics,and the offshore space is extremely compact,which has great limitations on pipeline layout.This requires us to do a good job in pipeline stress analysis.
