摘要
针对油脂工业中分子蒸馏技术的应用,做了简单的论述,总结了其在提取大蒜精油以及白术挥发油等方面的应用。从具体应用实际来说,分子蒸馏技术具有极大的优势,值得推广应用。
A brief discussion on the application of molecular distillation technology in the oil and fat industry,and its application in the extraction of garlic essential oil and volatile oil of Atractylodes sinensis.From the practical application point of view,molecular distillation technology has great advantages and is worthy of popularization and application.
