Chemical industry is one of the pillar industries in China,and its stable and rapid development is also an important prerequisite for the realization of China’s industrial modernization.In the process of industry development,the operation level of chemical equipment has a direct impact on the development of the industry.Firstly,this paper introduces the fault characteristics of chemical equipment,secondly,it analyses the causes of equipment failure.Finally,it discusses the preventive maintenance measures of chemical equipment based on the above reasons.It is hoped that the operation and maintenance management level of equipment can be effectively improved and the advanced nature of the industry can be promoted.
