石油化工过程与装置的操作优化

Operation Optimization of Petrochemical Process and Unit

石油行业是我国能源产业发展的基础。随着近几年经济全球化发展,各国之间的资源经济交流越来越密切,石油价格和供求受到经济变化等的影响,越来越不稳定。然而这些不稳定因素对石油行业乃至对国家化工具有十分重要的影响,石油化工过程与装置在线操作优化项目作为一项稳定石油产业的项目,在石油产业发展过程中显得越来越重要。通过论述石油化工过程与装置操作优化的多样性和必要性,分别提出不同的石油化工过程和装置方法,并通过实例进行讨论,希望能给我国石油企业或者同行一些建议,为我国石油行业做出一些贡献。

The petroleum industry is the foundation of the development of China’s energy industry.With the development of economic globalization in recent years,the exchange of resources and economy among countries has become more and more close.Oil prices and supply and demand have been affected by economic changes and become more and more unstable.However,these unstable factors play an important role in the petroleum industry and even in the national chemical industry.As a project of stabilizing the petroleum industry,the online operation optimization project of petrochemical processes and installations is becoming more and more important in the development of the petroleum industry.By discussing the diversity and necessity of optimization of petrochemical process and plant operation,this paper puts forward different petrochemical process and device methods,and gives an example for discussion.It is hoped that the arguments in this paper can give some suggestions to Chinese petroleum enterprises or colleagues and make some contributions to China’s petroleum industry.
