GE水煤浆气化炉对煤种的灰熔融性温度有严格要求,目前华鹤公司采用向煤中加入石灰石粉作为助溶剂的方式,来改变煤灰化学成分,达到控制灰熔点的目的。但华鹤公司气化装置的石灰石系统存在加入量不稳定,系统运行不流畅的问题,故针对石灰石系统进行了改造。
