戊烷精分装置环戊烷收率优化设计之改造正戊烷塔 被引量:1

摘要 对如何提高戊烷精分装置环戊烷产品收率进行了分析。首先通过对近几年环戊烷产量进行统计,结合多年来对装置运行情况的掌握,分析了影响产品精度的原因,主要有正戊烷精馏不彻底、环戊烷精馏不彻底、中控调整参数不及时等一系列原因,造成了装置效率低,致使环戊烷产品收率不高。分别对脱正戊烷塔和脱环戊烷塔进行改造,通过Aspen Plus模拟系统对脱正戊烷塔进行了模拟,根据已知参数模拟出了合适的参数,通过实际操作确定最佳操作温度范围。 In this paper,how to improve the yield of cyclopentane products in pentane refinery is analyzed.Firstly,through the statistics of cyclopentane production in recent years,combined with the operation of the plant for many years,the reasons affecting the accuracy of products are analyzed.The main reasons are incomplete n-pentane distillation,incomplete cyclopentane distillation,improper adjustment of central control parameters and so on,which result in the efficiency of the plant.The yield of cyclopentane is low because of its low yield.The de-pentane column and de-cyclopentane column were reformed respectively.The de-pentane column was simulated by Aspen Plus simulation system.The appropriate parameters were simulated according to the known parameters.The optimum operating temperature range was determined through actual operation.
