摘要
目的 :研究枝状枝孢菌大米固体发酵后产生的次级代谢产物。方法 :采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、高效液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,以及NMR、MS等现代波谱手段进行结构鉴定。结果 :分离得到6个单体化合物,分别鉴定为:6,8-二羟基-3-甲基-1H-异铬-1-酮、6-甲氧基-8-羟基-3-甲基异香豆素、豆甾-4-烯-3-酮、3β-羟基-5α,8α-过氧化麦角甾-6,22-二烯、腺嘌呤核苷、甘露醇。结论 :化合物1~3为首次从该植物内生真菌中分离得到。
Objective:To study the secondary metabolites produced by the solid fermentation of Cladosporium sinensis.Methods:Silica gel column chromatography,gel column chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography and other methods were used for separation and purification,as well as NMR,MS and other modern spectral methods for structural identification.RESULTS:Six monomeric compounds were isolated and identified as:6,8-dihydroxy-3-methyl-1 H-isochrom-1-one(1),6-methoxy-8-hydroxy-3-Methyl isocoumarin(2),myristate-4-en-3-one(3),3β-hydroxy-5α,8α-peroxidized ergot-6,22-diene(4),adenine nucleoside(5),mannitol(6).Conclusion:Compounds 1-3 were isolated from the endophytic fungi of this plant for the first time.
