锂电池石墨负极材料纯度检测方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 以α-Al_2O_3为参比物质,采用X射线衍射K值法测定石墨负极材料纯度,以石墨(2θ=26.57°)衍射峰和α-Al_2O_3(2θ=35.15°)衍射峰作为测量谱峰,获得K值为20.58,应用该方法测定已知纯度的石墨样品,纯度的测定值与实际值相符。该方法的相对标准偏差为1.69%,且易操作、测试快速,能够满足石墨材料质量监管的工作要求。 Usingα-Al2O3 as reference material,the graphite anode material purity is determined by K value method of X-ray power diffraction.Diffraction peaks at 2θ=26.57°for graphite and 2θ=35.15°forα-Al2O3 are used for measured diffraction peaks.The acquired K value is 20.58.The method is applied to the determination of graphite samples with known purity,and the analytical result of graphite purity is in good agreement with practical value.The RSD of this method is 1.69%,and it is easy to operate and test quickly,which can meet the requirements of graphite material quality supervision.
