摘要 建立高效液相色谱分离测定30%咪鲜胺锰盐·多菌灵水分散粒剂中有效成分含量的分析方法。采用Agilent ZORBAX Extend-C18不锈钢柱,甲醇-乙腈-水(体积比25∶45∶30)为流动相,波长205nm。咪鲜胺锰盐和多菌灵的线性相关系数分别为0.999 9和1.000 0,变异系数分别为0.66%和0.60%,平均回收率分别为99.8%和99.3%。该方法具有操作简便、快捷、分离效果好、精密度和准确度高等优点。 An analytical method for the determination of active ingredients in 30%prochloraz and carbendazim water-dispersible granules by high performance liquid chromatography was established.Agilent ZORBAX Extend-C18 stainless steel column was used with methanol-acetonitrile-water(25:45:30 by volume)mobile phase at 205 nm.The linear correlation coefficients of imipenem and carbendazim were 0.9999 and 1.0000,respectively,and the coefficients of variation were 0.66%and 0.60%,respectively.The average recoveries were 99.8%and 99.3%,respectively.The method has the advantages of simple and convenient operation,good separation effect,high precision and high accuracy.
