摘要
水质中总氮测定方法采用GB11894—89《碱性过硫酸钾消解紫外分光光度计法》,此方法在水样加热预处理时使用高压蒸汽灭菌锅,操作复杂,耗时长且能耗高,消解过程中存在安全隐患。针对上述问题,利用消解池替代高压蒸汽灭菌锅。改进后,操作简单,分析时间缩短,分析结果准确度提高。
The determination method of total nitrogen in water quality is GB11894-89"Alkaline potassium persulfate digestion ultraviolet spectrophotometer method".This method uses high pressure steam sterilizing pot in water sample heating pretreatment,which is complex,time-consuming and energy-consuming.There are potential safety hazards in the process of digestion.In view of the above problems,the digestion tank is used to replace the high pressure steam sterilizing pot.After the improvement,the operation is simple,the analysis time is shortened,and the accuracy of the analysis results is improved.
