化工机械设备是化工企业生产过程中不可缺少的设备,对于新时期化工行业的意义不言则明,所以对于化工机械设备的管理和维护不能掉以轻心。要做好化工机械设备的维护和保养,降低设备的故障率,从而提高工作效率。主要从新时期化工设备管理中的难点入手,简要分析其优化措施。

Chemical machinery and equipment are indispensable equipment in the production process of chemical enterprises.The significance of chemical industry in the new period is self-evident.Therefore,the management and maintenance of chemical machinery and equipment must not be neglected.Maintenance and maintenance of chemical machinery and equipment should be done well to reduce the failure rate of equipment,so as to improve work efficiency.In this paper,starting with the difficulties in the management of chemical equipment in the new period,the optimization measures are briefly analyzed.
