塔西南石化厂130kt/a加氢脱苯装置主要生产脱苯汽油,自2010年执行新国标后,多次出现轻、重苯含量超指标的情况,结合装置脱苯分馏塔的实际运行情况,分析脱苯分馏塔轻、重汽油苯含量的影响因素,总结运行经验,提出脱苯分馏塔苯含量控制的措施,保证大罐汽油苯含量符合≯1%(v)的国家标准。

The 130 kt/a hydrodebenzene removal unit in the southwest petrochemical plant of Ta’ta mainly produces de-benzene gasoline.Since the implementation of the new national standard in 2010,there have been many cases of light and heavy benzene content exceeding the index,combined with the actual operation of the debenzene stripping tower.The situation,analysis of the factors affecting the benzene content of light and heavy gasoline in the debenzene distillation column,summed up the operating experience,proposed the measures to control the benzene content of the debenzene distillation column,and ensured that the benzene content of the large tank gasoline meets the national standard of≯1%(V).
