摘要
基于社团网络结构和改进经典的网络传播模型,构建工程安全文化基层传播的SIR模型,探讨工程安全文化基层传播规律。对传播过程进行仿真,得出结论:良好工程安全文化在传播过程中会率先被低级工程安全文化覆盖,以模块化系数0.5为界,对良好安全文化覆盖规模影响方向不同;低级工程安全文化传播的感染率与传播速度和规模同向变化;低级工程安全文化最大传播规模不随易感态初始值增加的比例递减,当免疫态初始值为15%时,低级安全文化规模为最低值0.135,低携带低级工程安全文化的员工初始值更有利于控制其最大传播规模。并针对工程安全文化基层传播的主体和对象,提出管理建议。
Based on the community network structure and the improved classic network communication model, the SIR model of grassroots communication for engineering safety culture is constructed, and the law of grassroots propagation for engineering safety culture is discussed. The results show that a good engineering safety culture will be first covered by low-level engineering safety culture in the process of communication;with a modularity factor of 0.5 as the threshold, the direction of good safety culture coverage will be different;the infection rate of transmission is correlated with the speed and scale of transmission of low-level engineering safety culture in the same direction;the maximum transmission scale of low-level engineering safety culture is negatively correlated with the increase of the initial value of the susceptible state. When the initial value of immune state is 15%, the minimum safety culture scale has the lowest value of 0.135. The initial value of employees who carry a low-level engineering safety culture is more conducive to controlling their maximum scale of communication. Finally, suggestions are proposed for the main body and object of the grassroots communication for the engineering safety culture.
