摘要
接口是SI住宅体系支撑体与填充体结合的关键环节,接口设计影响到支撑体耐久性能与填充体可变性能的实现.归纳SI住宅体系接口的形式与分类,阐述面向装配过程的含义和内涵.在传统接口设计流程的基础上,提出面向装配过程的接口设计实施流程,并剖析其工作环节.基于SI住宅体系的理念,详细分析接口设计应遵循的设计原则与设计要求.从设计思想、协同参与和信息化应用的角度提出接口设计的实施建议,为SI住宅体系的设计研发提供参考.
The interface is the key link of skeleton system and infill system in the SI housing system. and the interface design has a great influence on the realization of house quality and function. This study summarizes the forms and categories of interfaces in SI housing system, and describes the meaning of the assembly process. On the basis of traditional interface design process, this study analyzes the implementation process of interface design for assembly process. Design principles and requirements of interface design are investigated in detail. For the development of SI housing system, this study provides suggestions to design ideas, collaborative participation and application of infonnation technology.
