摘要 基于建筑信息模型(BIM)的4D技术是优化大型复杂项目管理问题的重要工具。基于4D技术原理,结合改扩建项目中拆迁工程的特点和实际需求,创新性提出了逆向4D技术的应用方法。在缺乏旧建筑原始设计信息的情形下,逆向4D技术能够还原旧建筑的3D信息模型,并链接拆迁进度计划实现4D可视化。并结合上海市第一人民医院改扩建项目的案例研究,验证了逆向4D技术在大型改扩建项目中的应用方法、技术潜力和实践价值。 Based on Building Information Modeling (BIM), 4D technology is an important tool for addressing the managerial issues in large-scale and complex projects. Through an in-depth study of the characteristics of reconstruction and expansion projects (REP), reverse 4D technology is proposed by expanding and innovating the 4D technology, with the aim to realize the 4D visualization management of REP. In the case of lacking the original design information of the old buildings, reverse 4D technology can restore information and create 4D models to realize 4D visualization. By successfully applying this technology to the REP of Shanghai First People's Hospital, the feasibility of reverse 4D technology and its application value have been validated.
