摘要
随着风力发电技术的发展,有关风力发电方面的技术受到了社会的关注与重视。其中,风电叶片由于具有大尺寸和重质量,对风力发电的效率产生了影响,将碳纤维复合材料引进风电叶片的设计工作中,能够有效解决风电叶片质量过大的问题。首先对复合材料的含义进行了阐述,包括对复合材料的定义和种类进行了说明。其次,简单介绍了复合材料的发展以及不同种类复合材料的特点,就碳纤维复合材料在风电叶片中的应用优势进行了分析,以为风电叶片设计人员的设计工作提供借鉴,进而提升风力发电效率和质量。
With the development of wind power technology, the technology related to wind power has received attention and attention from the society. Among them, wind turbine blades have the characteristics of large size and heavy mass, which have an impact on the efficiency of wind power generation. The introduction of materials into the design of wind turbine blades can effectively solve the problem of excessive quality of wind turbine blades. The connotation of composite materials is first described, including the definition and types of composite materials. Secondly, the development of composite materials and the characteristics of different types of composite materials are introduced. Next, carbon fiber composite materials are used in wind power blades. The application advantages are analyzed. Finally, the application status of wind power blade carbon fiber composites is described in detail, which provides reference for the design work of wind turbine blade designers, thereby improving the working efficiency and power generation quality of wind power generation.
