针对管道工程征地外协工作现状,进行科学合理的分析,并简要介绍了做好管道工程征地外协工作的重要价值,如提升原油管道工程的建设水平、减少一系列恶性事件的发生等,最后提出管道工程征地外协创新模式的探索与实践要点。
