摘要
提出一种高性能、交流电动伺服系统。重点研究了控制电路的信号处理、隔离及采样,功率开关器件IGBT的驱动电路,提出一种隔离、驱动、保护方案。系统采用空间电压矢量控制策略,实现具有位置、电流、速度三环控制的全数字化、高性能交流控制系统,实验结果表明,系统具有实时性强、动态响应快、功率器件驱动保护电路性能稳定、可靠性高等优点。
A high performance AC electric servo system is proposed.The signal processing,isolation and sampling of the control circuit and the driving circuit of IGBT are mainly studied.A scheme of isolation,driving and protection is proposed.The system adopts space voltage vector control strategy to realize a fully digital and high performance AC control system with position,current and speed three-loop control.The experimental results show that the system has the advantages of strong real-time,fast dynamic response,stable performance and high reliability of power device driver protection circuit.
