摘要
目的探讨通过应用根因分析法(Root Cause Analysis,RCA)制定住院老年患者指南式跌倒健康教育方案的效果。方法对2016年1~6月的12例老年跌倒事件采用RCA法分析护理系统在执行健康教育过程中的潜在失误及根本原因,实施指南式健康教育改进方案和护理人员培训,比较实施前后老年患者跌倒事件发生率。结果实施后住院老年患者跌倒事件发生率显著低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论指南式健康教育方案能有效减少住院老年患者跌倒事件发生。
Objective To explore the effect of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in formulating health education program for inpatient elderly patients with guided falls. Methods RCA method was used to analyze potential errors and root causes in the implementation of health education in the nursing system in 12 cases of elderly falls from January to June 2016, and a guideline health education improvement program and training of nursing staff were implemented.The incidence of falls in elderly patients before and after implementation was compared. Results The incidence of falls in elderly hospitalized patients after implementation was significantly lower than before implementation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Guided health education programs can effectively reduce the incidence of falls in elderly hospitalized patients.
