中蒙小麦粉标准指标比对研究

Comparative Study on the Indicators of Chinese and Mongolian Wheat Flour Standards

小麦是世界上最大的粮食作物,营养丰富,经济价值高,富含淀粉、蛋白质、少量脂肪和多种矿物质等。是我国最重要的粮食之一,其产业发展直接关系到国家粮食安全和社会稳定。本文通过中蒙两国小麦粉标准文本的分类、技术要求、理化指标、卫生安全等进行比对,分析其标准差异,借此完善我国小麦粉标准制修订提供参考,积极推进中国小麦和小麦粉产品"走出去"。

Wheat is the world’s largest food crop,rich in nutrients,high in economic value,rich in starch and protein with a small amount of fat and a variety of minerals.It is one of the most important foods in China,and its industrial development is directly related to national food security and social stability.This paper compares the standards texts of wheat flour in China and Mongolia,technical requirements,physical and chemical indicators,health and safety,etc.,analyzes the standards differences,which provides a reference for improving the standardization of wheat flour in China and actively promotes the globalization of Chinese wheat and wheat flour products.
