摘要
随着国内汽车行业的飞速发展,汽车模具的质量要求更为严格。介绍了结合"ISO9001:2015质量管理体系要求"按照企业生产实际流程对质量控制要求进行梳理,将质量管理贯穿于模具生产运行的全过程,为企业推动信息化奠定了基础;并强调要质量总结、持续改进以提高模具产品的质量,满足客户需求,使客户信任企业,进而达到顾客忠诚。
With the rapid development of domestic automobile industry,the quality requirement of automobile die is more stringent.This paper combs the quality control requirement according to the actual production process of enterprises according to the requirement of "ISO 9001:2015 quality management system".Quality management runs through the whole process of die production and operation,laying a foundation for enterprises to promote informatization;and emphasizes quality summary and continuous improvement.In order to improve the quality of die products,meet customer needs,make customers trust enterprises,and then achieve customer loyalty.
