The product characteristics and forming process of integral tail beam of heavy truck are analyzed,and the structure design points of the forming die and the method of controlling the springback of the product are introduced.The product process is reliable,stable mold structure,namely,cost savings,and meet the production requirements,the die design has certain reference value of such parts.
