摘要
介绍了长安某车型内饰背门侧装饰件模具基本结构,其中动模浮动板抽芯机构是成型翻边+卡座的关键,通过UG仿真模拟,研究动模浮动板抽芯与斜顶结合的运动过程,可为类似塑件的注射模设计提供参考。
The basic structure of an injection mold of the back door side garnish was introduced.Movable plate structure is the key to side wall of negative angle structure.By the analog simulation of UG software,the motion process of movable plate core-pulling structure and lifter were researched.
