供氧面罩玻璃钢外壳成型模主要零部件加工工艺介绍

摘要 通过对供氧面罩玻璃钢外壳等壁厚和内外型面粗糙值低的要求及玻璃纤维具有高硬度的情况分析,得出了成型模的凸、凹模,应采用P20预硬钢制造并需要抛光型面。由于凹模型腔面间存在着较小转接半径和小的型腔面,为了防止出现让刀和振刀现象,数铳后要采用电火花和抛光加工。而凸模除底面为平面外,其余为不规则曲面,在采用线切割曲线柱面后,需要利用二类夹具进行加工定位,才能数铳出成型曲面后再进行抛光。如此,才能确保玻璃钢外壳的全部要求。 Through the analysis of the requirement of equal wall thickness and low roughness of inner and outer surface of FRP shell for oxygen supply mask and the high hardness of FRP,the cavity and punch molding mold of should be manufactured with P2O pre-hardened steel and polished surface.Because there are small transfer radius and small cavity surface between the cavity surfaces of concave model,in order to prevent the phenomenon of tool let-off and vibration,EDM and polishing are used after milling.The punch is irregular surface except the bottom surface.After using the WEDM curve cylindrical surface,we need to use two kinds of fixture to process and locate,then we can milling the formed surface and polish it.Only in this way can all the requirements of FRP shell be ensured.
