时空视角下中间层组织在农产品冷链物流中的作用研究

Research on the Role of Intermediate Organizations in Agricultural Cold Chain Logistics Industry:A Time-Space Perspective

中间层组织是介于市场需求和企业供给之间的一种组织形态,发挥着匹配供求信息、促进市场交易和降低交易成本的重要作用,农产品冷链物流业是中间层组织较为典型的应用领域。在梳理中间层组织理论和时空经济理论基础上,建立农产品冷链物流中间层组织分析框架,研究现实经济中的农产品冷链物流中间层组织类型以及代表性企业或组织形态。从冷链物流来看,农产品冷链物流中间层组织发挥了促进交易信息匹配、降低农产品冷链物流交易成本、扩大冷链物流市场规模等作用。经验分析表明,农产品冷链物流中间层组织从整体上提升了农产品冷链物流供需时空的匹配效率。应大力提升信息化的应用水平、充分发挥政府在营造良好的经营环境中的主导作用、建立合理的农产品冷链物流中间层组织的治理机制,提升农产品冷链物流中间层组织的作用,推动农产品冷链物流行业的发展。

Intermediate organization is a specific form of market organization connecting market demand and enterprise supply.It plays an important role in matching information of supply and demand,promoting market transactions and reducing transaction costs,and can be applied and empirically studied in agricultural cold chain logistics industry.On the basis of reviewing theories of intermediate organization and time-space economics,this paper establishes an analysis framework of intermediate organization in agricultural cold chain logistics industry,and studies the types of intermediate organization and representative enterprises or organization forms in the real economy.With regard to cold chain logistics industry,the intermediate organization of agricultural cold chain logistics plays an important role in promoting the matching of trade information,reducing the transaction cost,and expanding the market scale of agricultural cold chain logistics.Empirical analysis shows that the intermediate organization of agricultural cold chain logistics can improve the matching efficiency of supply and demand of agricultural cold chain logistics as a whole.It suggests that we should vigorously enhance the application of information technology,give full play to the leading role of the government in creating a favorable business environment,and establish a reasonable governance mechanism for the intermediate organization of agricultural cold chain logistics to enhance the role of the intermediate organization of agricultural cold chain logistics,and promote the development of the agricultural cold chain logistics industry.
