平昌冬奥会筹备对2022年北京-张家口冬奥会的启示

Inspiration of the PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympic Games preparation to the 2022 Beijing-Zhangjiakou Winter Olympics in China

通过实地考察、文献分析以及专家访谈等研究方法,归纳总结了平昌冬奥会筹备经验主要有:政策与民意的互动共治,以点带面的可持续发展理念推广,多元化思路设施场馆的建设与再利用,计划性的人才培养与任务制定,冰雪体育旅游带动四季旅游。我国可适当借鉴平昌冬奥会筹备战略经验,重视民意与政策的互动共治,以点带面推动可持续发展理念贯彻,合理规划建设冰雪体育设施场馆与再利用方案,夯实完善人才培养体系,开发特色冰雪旅游项目,以推进2022年京张冬奥会筹备工作的顺利进行。

Based on field survey, literature analysis and expert interview, the paper summarized the experience of PyeongChang Olympic preparations, including: the interactive governance of policy and public opinion, the promotion of sustainable development concept, the construction and reuse of diversified facilities and venues, planned personnel training and task setting, all-year-round tourism development driven by snow sports. tourism and other aspects of the seasons for China’s Olympic preparations and provide a useful reference. To promote the preparation of 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing and Zhangjiakou, we can learn from the PyeongChang experience to pay attention to the interaction of public opinion and policy governance, to promote the implementation of sustainable development concept, to reasonably plan and construct sports facilities and venues, to improve the personnel training system, and to develop characteristic ice and snow tourism projects.
