海战伤院前急救训练中标准化伤员分级评价指标权重的研究

Weight of Standardized Wounded Soldier Grading Evaluation Index in Naval Pre-Hospital Care Training

目的确定海战伤院前急救训练中标准化伤员分级评价指标权重.为完善标准化伤员评价体系提供参考。方法采用层次分析法,根据各指标对比打分值建立判断矩阵,并使用Saaty权重法计算各指标的权重。结果4项一级指标即专项技能、专业知识、综合能力、个人特质在基础级和专业级的权重值分別为0.51,0.07,0.31,0. 11和0.36.0.25,0.33,0.06;同时确立了基础级标准化伤员13项二级指标、28项三级指标的权重值,以及专业级标准化伤员15项二级指标、40项三级指标的权重值。两个层级的单排序和总排序一致性比率(CR)均<0.1,逻辑一致性良好。结论基于层次分析法确立的标准化伤员分级评价指标权重科学、可行,为客观评价标准化伤员的模拟质量提供了标准。

Objective To determine the weight of standardized wounded soldier (SWS) grading evaluation index in naval pre-hospital care training, and to provide a reference for improving the SWS evaluation system. Methods The analytic hierarchy process ( AHP) was used to establish a judgment matrix based on the scores of each index, and the weight of each indicator was calculated using the Saaty weight method. Results The weight values of the four first-level indicators in eluding special skills, professional knowledge ,comprehensive ability and personality traits at the basic and professional levels were 0. 51,0. 07, 0.31 ,0. 11 and 0. 36,0. 25,0. 33,0. 06,respectively. At the same time, the weight values of 13 second-level indicators and 28 third-level indicators of the basic-level SWS were established,as well as the weight values of 15 second-level indicators and 40 third-level indicators of professi on al-level SWS. The single-sort and overall sort of two-level both had a good logical consistency (CR<0. 1). Conclusions The weights of SWS grading evaluation indicators based on AHP are scientific and feasible,and provide a standard for objective evaluation of SWS.
