摘要 加氢高压换热器是炼油厂加氢装置的重要设备,面临铵盐腐蚀泄漏等问题,因此对高压换热器的运行状态进行评估十分必要。使用传统方法进行高压换热器运行状态评估存在不足,提出了一种基于大数据的评估方法来评估加氢高压换热器运行状态。对于工业界常见的噪声数据,提出了自动化的噪声区间检测算法;针对传感器参数维度高、存在不相关维度的问题,提出了基于皮尔森系数的关键参数检测算法;最后,提出了一种基于主成分的系统健康打分算法,辅助现场操作人员评估加氢高压换热器健康状况。基于大数据技术的装置运行状态评估,有助于工作人员准确掌握工业系统状况,对故障的预警有积极作用。该系统已在某公司2号柴油加氢装置上上线运行,成功实现加氢高压换热器腐蚀预警,提高了企业的生产管理能力,为装置安全平稳运行提供了保障。 High-pressure heat exchanger plays an important role for hydrogenation unit in refinery. Facing the leakage problem caused by ammonium salt corrosion, it is very important to evaluate operation status of heat exchanger. An assessment procedure based on big data was introduced due to the shortcomings of traditional method. For the common noise data in industry, an automatic noise interval detection algorithm was proposed;aiming at the problems of high dimension and irrelevant dimension of sensor parameters, a key parameter detection algorithm based on Pearson coefficient was put forward;finally, a system health scoring algorithm based on principal component was brought forward to assist field operators in assessing status of heat exchanger. Big data technology is helpful for staff to accurately grasp the status of industrial system and plays an active role in early warning of faults. The system has been put into operation in No. 2 diesel hydrogenation unit of a company. Corrosion warning of heat exchanger is successfully realized, production management ability of enterprise is improved and stable operation of unit is guaranteed.
