摘要
某石化企业延迟焦化装置除焦高压水泵投用6个月后振动超标,检查轴弯曲及晃动度、口环间隙、同心度和转子动平衡等项目后,确定设备出现问题的具体部位。分析认为:频繁开停、设计无高点排空和介质含焦粉颗粒等造成转子气蚀、壳体与轴承箱不同心、轴与轴瓦间隙大是除焦高压水泵振动超标的主要原因。通过更换轴瓦、调整壳体与轴承箱同心度、调整并确保动平衡等手段使问题得到解决,消除了安全隐患。
Excessive vibration occurred on high pressure water pump of delayed coking unit in a petrochemical enterprise after putting the pump into operation for six months. Specific location of equipment problems were identified by checking shaft bending and sloshing, ring clearance, concentricity and rotor dynamic balance. The analysis showed that frequent start-up and shut-down, no exhaust valve at high point, medium containing coke powder particles were the main causes which led to the problems of rotor cavitation, decentraction between shell and bearing box, large clearance between shaft and bearing bush. The production hidden dangers were completely solved by replacing bearing bush, adjusting concentricity of shell and bearing box to ensure dynamic balance.
