新型车用真空泵自动检测设备的研制

Development of Automatic Measurement Equipment of Auto New Vacuum Pump

根据车用新一代真空泵的工作原理和工作条件,采用三菱Q系列大型PLC为控制主机,配以气动系统和液压系统,设计出汽车真空泵性能自动检测设备。该设备通过模拟发动机带动真空泵工况及真空泵工作环境,能自动检测出真空泵的性能是否符合要求。结果表明:该设备运行良好,检测结果准确,自动化程度高,具有较高实用性。

According to the working principle and working condition of a new vacuum pump for vehicle,the MITSUBISHI Q series PLC was used as the control host, and the pneumatic system and hydraulic system were adopted, a new type of automatic test device for the performance of the automobile vacuum pump was designed. Through simulating engine driving the vacuum pump condition and the vacuum pump working environment, the device could be used to automatically detect whether the performance of the vacuum pump met the requirements.The result shows that the equipment runs well, the detection result is accurate, the automation level is high, and it has higher practicability.
