基于i5智能车床的公式曲线零件临界点加工轨迹规划研究

摘要 通过i5T3.3智能数控车床在实际数控大赛中的应用案例,对某机床厂开发的新一代智能操作系统进行介绍。同时,针对该智能机床加工具有配合关系的公式曲线零件漏切问题进行轨迹规划,并给出了临界点赋值的解决方法。通过仿真和实际加工验证该方法有效。 Through a case of i5 T3.3 intelligent lathe in skill competition, the new CNC intelligent operating system developed by a machine tool plant was introduced. But when the intelligent lathe was used to machine formula curve parts, miss cutting was occurred. Aiming at the problem, trajectory planning was done, and the solution for critical point assignment was given.The method is verified effective through simulation and real processing.
