摘要 直驱式数控转台主轴对提升加工效率和精度、提高产品质量有着重要意义。对自主开发的MST210直驱式数控转台的原理和结构进行分析,建立直驱式数控转台的高速铣削模型。基于机械设计、材料力学、理论力学的分析方法及理论,根据主轴上的3个零件材料和受力形式的不同,采用对应的强度理论对其强度和刚度进行计算与校核,并用有限元分析来进行验算与比对。在主轴理论分析与仿真结果对比中,应力吻合度达92%,变形吻合度达85.7%,故转台主轴满足强度、刚度要求。 Direct-driven CNC rotary table spindle is of great significance to improve processing efficiency and accuracy, improve product quality. The principle and structure of self-developed MST210 direct-driven CNC turret were analyzed and its high-speed milling model was established. Based on the knowledge of mechanical design, material mechanics and theoretical mechanics, the strength and stiffness of the three parts on the spindle were calculated and checked according to the different materials and forms of stress. The strength and stiffness of the three parts were calculated and checked by finite element analysis. The comparison between the theoretical analysis and the simulation results shows that the stress conformance reaches to 92% and the deformation conformance reaches to 85.7%. Therefore, the spindle of the turret can meet the requirements of strength and stiffness.
