摘要
阐述了由气囊、电磁阀、气压传感器、温度传感器、心率传感器等构成的智能翻身医用床垫开发过程,详细介绍了翻身、背起、屈腿等功能实现方式,及以STC为中央处理器的电气控制系统的设计;为了提高气压检测精度,介绍了气压数据采集及处理方法。该智能翻身床垫具有性能稳定可靠、智能化程度高等特点,能够有效防止褥疮产生。
The development process of intelligent turning medical mattress was expounded which was composed of air bag,electromagnetic valve,air pressure sensor,temperature sensor and heart rate sensor.The realization methods of turning over,backing up,benting leg and so on,the electrical control system design were introduced.In order to improve the accuracy of pressure detection,pressure data acquisition and processing methods were introduced.The intelligent turning mattress has characteristic of stable and reliable performance,high intelligence.It can effectively prevent bedsores.
