摘要
针对液压动力系统能耗高、效率低等问题,提出系统功率在线监测方法并给出两种功率监测方案;建立系统功率软测量理论模型,并应用变频电机-齿轮泵驱动方式设计液压动力系统试验台;采用恒转矩与恒功率两种变频调速方式,在试验台上进行系统动态功率监测试验,得到不同工况下的电压、电流、压力、流量与功率曲线,并对系统变频调速特性及压力、流量脉动产生原因进行分析;最后结合理论与试验分析结果,给出系统功率匹配控制策略与压力、流量脉动消减措施。
Considering on the high energy consumption, low efficiency issues of hydraulic power system, an on-line power monitoring method for the system was proposed and two kinds of power monitoring scheme were given. The system power theoretical soft sensing model was built, and the test rig of hydraulic power system was designed based on the drive mode of variable frequency motor-gear pump. The dynamic power monitoring test was conducted, and the two speed adjustment modes of constant torque and constant power were adopted. The voltage, current, pressure, flow and power curves under different working conditions were obtained, and the characteristic of frequency control with system and the causes of pulsations of pressure and flow were analyzed.Finally, the power matching control strategy of the system, the pressure and flow pulsations mitigation measures were given based on theoretical and experimental results.
